We sure have been busy at the Jakub house lately!! Aside from keeping up with an adorable 21-month-old (HOW did that happen?), our house is for sale and so we always have to keep it clean and ready to show. I'm pretty obsessive about cleaning, but always having your home show-ready can be exhausting. I'm trying to keep pace with a pretty pregnant belly and not feeling so well most of the time. Since we don't really know where we'll be living, I've had to put my nesting urges aside, which might not last much longer. I so badly want to get things ready for little boy Jakub to arrive!
We love hanging out with Lizzy. She offers plenty of entertainment for us most of the time. I really need to get better about sharing the little stories, because she's just so full of personality! Another day, another post, I suppose!
I was getting ready for a benefit for CEDARS one evening, putting a dress and fancy jewelry on, and Lizzy came out of her room wearing this. Aww, she wanted to dress up, too!
Mommy can't really get down on the floor so easy these days, so I enlisted the help of daddy and Lizzy. She loved every minute of it.
This girl loves pudding. LOVES pudding.
She helped decorate the tree this year. The first thing she wants to do in the morning and when we get home is turn on the Christmas tree. "Lights" she says. I've been looking at photos from last Christmas and I cannot believe how much bigger she is this year. Love that little girl.
Here we are with the pudding again :) She must be telling me something pretty important.
Our iPad came... finally!
Daddy made her these silly glasses out of Play-Doh.
I haven't used the iPad much yet. Jon and Lizzy are big fans. We were looking through a stack of pictures the other day and she was trying to swipe them to get to the next one, just like on the iPad. We look at pictures of puppies on the iPad a lot. Now when she sees it, she just says, "puppies"!
