Rainy Day Run

Ok, I'm using the word run pretty loosely, but there was some jogging involved. This morning we woke the kids bright and early and headed to Fallbrook for an MS Fundraiser run/walk. It started out pretty rainy, even a little thunder and lightning for some added fun. We were all troopers, though, and the rain stopped for a while during our mile walk, but it did rain pretty good for a while so Jon jogged with the kids in the stroller and I pushed Izzy's stroller so Ali could hold the umbrella in front of her. I'm sure we were quite a sight. Just as we finished it started to downpour so the poor 5k runners got drenched.

What a fun morning with good friends. And a cause close to our hearts- there to support our Em. Love that girl and all her strength. She really is an inspiration.
